Warranty

Device comes standard with a one year warranty from date of purchase.

Warranty claims will be submitted to either CDW or Samsung, depending on the criteria below.
When submitting a claim, please provide the device IMEI and serial numbers.

  • 0-30 days post invoice: Contact CDW 866-246-6452
  • 30-365 days post invoice: Contact SAMSUNG Customer Care 1-800-SAMSUNG (726-7864)
  • Requires Wi-Fi connection for application functionality and device updates.
  • Cellular service has been disabled and is not required.
  • American Honda Motor Co., Inc. will remotely perform device updates when necessary.
