  • ROB17756     Oil drain bottle
  • ROB18190A   Service coupler (blue)
  • ROB18191A   Service coupler (red)

Features

  • Exceptional Accuracy:
    • Electronic scale is mounted internally and includes built-in dampening of shock loads that occur when the unit is moved over gravel or an uneven floor.
    • Microprocessor — controls functions; typical evacuation time and recharge amount are preprogrammed as defaults but can be easily changed as needed. Also signal when it's time to drain the oil container, change the filter, pump oil or source tank.
  • Unmatched Speed:
    • Oilless vacuum pump — quickly pulls deep vacuum conditions for thorough evacuation.
    • Heavy-duty compressor — pulls from both the high and low sides for fastest recovery; initial pass through the filter-drier provides single-pass recycling.
    • Oil injection — lets you replace system oil in seconds through the service hoses while the system is in a vacuum, with no other connections needed — just press a button.
  • Reliability:
    • Constant refrigerant refill — maintains 12-15 lbs. (5.44 - 6.8 kg) of refrigerant in the internal storage vessel so you'll never have to stop in the middle of a job to refill the tank. Uses a 30 or 50 lb disposable source tank.
    • Automatic operation — guarantees service consistency from job to job, technician to technician. Takes just the push of a button to start recovery, evacuation and recycling.
    • Internal manifolds — block assemblies control refrigerant flow, reducing the possibility of leaks and simplifying field service.
  • All controls are at your fingertips:
    • Built-in refrigerant identifier — critical of today's A/C service! Automatically tests refrigerant in the vehicle at the beginning of each job. If contaminated refrigerant is detected, recovery is stopped to protect the unit and the shop's refrigerant supply.
    • Built-in printer — increases customer confidence, simplifies diagnosis and provides a record of service. Just press "Print" key to get a hard copy of pressures/temperatures, ambient conditions and other data.
    • Plain language prompts — clearly tells the technician what needs to be done, right down to opening service couplers, or what function the unit is currently performing. Select English, French or Spanish. Also select pounds or kilograms.
  • Integrated flushing capabilities.

  • Displacement recycling filter drier: 43 cu. in (710 cc) spin-on
  • Operating range: 50 -120° F (11 - 49° C)
  • Pump free air: 6 c.f.m. (142 liters/minute)
  • Recovery rate: Approximately 1/2 lb. per minute
  • Scale resolution: 1/100 lb. (.02 kg)
  • Source tank: 30 or 50 lbs. (23 kg) refillable (not included)
  • Voltage: 115 volts/60 Hz
  • Weight: 91.63 kg (202 lbs.) without source tank

  • Honda R-134a and R-12 refrigerants are available in industry standard 30 lb. nonreturnable, nonrefillable cylinders through your normal parts ordering procedures.
  • The use of a Thermistor Vacuum Gauge during evacuation will enable you to monitor the moisture content in the system, ensuring it is dry enough for charging. 700 microns or less is desirable.
  • To maintain optimum performance of this equipment always replace the filter (ROB34724) and vacuum pump oil at appropriate intervals.
  • The risk of contamination is much higher now due to the increasing numbers of alternative refrigerants available. Protect your refrigerant supply from contamination. Using a refrigerant identifier is an excellent means to check the vehicle system before recovery and to check tanks that you have or consider purchasing.
