Description

Removes/installs OHC valve springs on most Honda and Acura automobiles. The cylinder head can be serviced quickly with the cylinder head left on the engine.

Warranty

Limited lifetime.

Use a hot plate or oven large enough for the complete head to heat the cylinder head to 300º F (150º C) evenly before removing or installing valve guides. Monitor temperature with a thermometer.
To avoid burns, use heavy gloves when handling cylinder head. See page 8-5 for glove information.
Chill the valve guides before installing
Use with air hammer capable of 2,500 blows per minute
