Q: How can I return required tools or equipment that were sent by the Tool and Equipment Program?
A: District Parts and Service Manager (DPSM) must authorize all returns. DPSM must fax a signed TEAR Form to the Honda Tool & Equipment Program at 800-347-6404. Once received, the program will contact the vendor for a return authorization and fax the dealer the paperwork with instructions of where to ship the product.

A: There are two types of statements and each is labeled accordingly: PRODUCT STATEMENT
Automobiles or anything due in future months are listed on this statement
BALANCE-FORWARD STATEMENT
All current "due" invoices are listed on this statement

Q: What is the difference between Special Tools and the Tool and Equipment Program?
A: Special Tools are items that are created specifically for Honda Automobiles. They are sold exclusively to Honda Dealers. The Honda Tool and Equipment Program offers equipment that is generally commercially available (though some customization may be available through the program). All equipment sold through the program is approved by American Honda.

A: UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, USPS OVERNIGHT, and USPS PRIORITY (2-3 DAY) orders must be received by 10:00am Central for same day shipping for product that is in stock. Please note that orders may take 24-48 hours to ship as fulfillment may be subject to our suppliers' cut-off times, processing, and lead-times.
